Audit of Aker Solutions' own follow-up

The PSA has carried out an audit of how Aker Solutions meets the requirements for its own follow-up.

Through this audit, the PSA aimed to verify whether Aker Solutions' planning, execution and improvement of its own follow-up activities complied with regulatory requirements.

The audit is linked to the PSA's key prioritisation of "management responsibility", which includes auditing how the management of the companies works to maintain an overview of their own activities.

This activity forms part of a series of audits initiated in 2013, with the object of assessing companies' processes and systems for their own follow-up.

No non-conformities in respect of regulatory requirements were detected during this audit.

An improvement point was identified in connection with employee participation.

Aker Solutions has been given a deadline of 6 November 2015 to report on how the improvement point will be dealt with.

Entails that a condition is assessed as not complying with a regulatory requirement.

Improvement point:
Entails that we have identified a deficiency or weakness, without there being sufficient grounds for determining a breach of regulatory requirements.
