Audit of ConocoPhillips – Ekofisk 2/4

From 5 to 7 May 2015, the PSA, in collaboration with the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, carried out an audit of ConocoPhillips' management of environmental data collection at the Ekofisk Centre.


The objective of the audit was to verify that relevant routines for performing, maintaining and reporting on the collection of environmental data and the technical condition of the system and equipment at the Ekofisk Centre comply with the regulations.

Result
No non-conformities were identified.

An improvement point was identified connected with the measurement of sea temperature.

ConocoPhillips has been given a deadline of 1 August 2015 to report on how the improvement point will be dealt with.


Non-conformity:
Entails that a condition is assessed as not complying with a regulatory requirement.

Improvement point:
Entails that we have identified a deficiency or weakness, without there being sufficient grounds for determining a breach of regulatory requirements.
