Audit of Statoil - Johan Sverdrup

From 18 to 19 April 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of detail engineering of the Johan Sverdrup export pipelines.

The objective of the audit was to monitor that the project has been planned and carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and recognised norms, and that requirements in the HSE regulations are provided for.

No non-conformities were identified.

Improvement points were identified relating to governing documents, verifications, systems for pressure-protection of oil pipes and analyses.

Statoil has been given a deadline of 8 July 2016 to report on how the improvement points will be dealt with. 

Entails that a condition is assessed as not complying with a regulatory requirement.

Entails that we have identified a deficiency or weakness, without there being sufficient grounds for determining a breach of regulatory requirements.
