The audit was carried out on 7 November 2018. The audit was a follow-up to an audit in 2017 of a number a companies focused on arrangements for employee participation. Wood was one of these companies.
The objective of the activity was to monitor how the company organises and follows up arrangements for employee participation.
No regulatory non-conformities were identified. Nor were any deficiencies observed that
suggested improvement points.
