The purpose of the filling station is to make small quantities of LNG available for distribution by tanker trucks.
The station consists of a 250 m3 vacuum-isolated pressure tank for intermediate storage of LNG, a pump for filling LNG into tanker trucks and pipe systems for filling LNG into tanker trucks and gas return to the filling station, in addition to the necessary support systems, control and shutdown systems.
During start-up of the filling station, tanker trucks will arrive, on average, twice per day for filling.
The plan is for the unit to come on line on 31 May 2010, but as part of commissioning, the plan is to introduce hydrocarbons on 20 May 2010.
