On 13 October 2011, TENAS received consent to use the MSV Regalia mobile living quarters facility for accommodation on the Yme field. Roman Stavanger was also a flotel on the field.
As a result in delays in the commissioning of the Yme facility, the conditions regarding use of Rowan Stavanger have changed, as this will now be used as a living quarters facility on the Rev field. TENAS therefore reapplied for a new consent to use MSV Regalia as the only living quarters facility for Yme. Consent was granted on 19 April 2012.
