From 20 to 28 November 2017, we carried out an audit of Shell's follow-up of organisational changes in the company.
The objective of the audit was to examine whether Shell is implementing adopted organisational changes in such a way as to address HSE risks and identify and realise possible HSE gains.
During the audit, we observed two issues with a potential for improvement. These concerned improved HSE and the management of psycho-social risk. We have asked the company to give us feedback on how they assess these issues by 26 February 2018.
