Audit on Bideford Dolphin related to electrical equipment

On 26 May 2004 the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) carried out a verification of the management and technical regulatory requirements related to the specific discipline of electrical equipment on the Bideford Dolphin, operated by Dolphin AS. The overall impression was very good.


Background for the audit

The purpose of this verification was to ensure that the PSA, through the procedure, could verify the management and technical regulatory requirements related to electrical equipment.

Purpose of the audit

The objective was to verify that regulatory requirements and company procedures are safeguarded as described in the AoC application for Bideford Dolphin in the relevant discipline.

The verification is part of the PSA's processing of this application.

Result of the audit

The overall impression of the specific discipline electrical equipment was very good.No new nonconformities from the regulatory requirements pertaining to electrical equipment were observed.

The PSA submitted the report to Dolphin AS on 25 June 2004.
