The conference will also give examples from enterprises that have succeeded in dealing with the working environment challenges and show how this can be done.

Examples from enterprises will show the gains achieved from a good working environment with job satisfaction for the employees and benefits for the enterprises’ economy.

The importance of a good working environment has also been emphasised in the new agreement on inclusive working life (the IA Agreement).

The target group for this event is managers, safety delegates, employee representatives and others involved in or concerned with the working environment or IA work.
