Our information policy
The Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority's (Havtil) provision of information to the industry, the media and the general public shall be characterised by transparency, accessibility and accountability.
Mindful of the special position that this industry occupies in Norwegian society, we shall provide information about activities and respond to questions as fully as warrantable, based on our role as an executive agency and in compliance with Havtil's overarching objectives.
